Yes, Twisted Roots Haunted Trail recommends that visitors be at least 13 years old to fully enjoy the experience. The trail contains intense scares, special effects, and mature themes that may not be suitable for young children. However, parents or guardians may use their discretion when deciding to bring younger children. Please note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Why yes, yes it is. We decided to stick with the same name as we just love it so much. A little too much. OK, an inappropriate amount of muchness. We finally found a permanent home to call ours, and we will be here FOREVER.

If a weather event happens that affects the quality or safety of the show, then we will refund any pre-purchased tickets and possibly schedule another night to be open, depending on the circumstances. This is an outdoor walking trail. We recommend wearing comfortable and sturdy shoes. Please do NOT wear open toed shoes. The trail can be uneven and dark, so be sure to wear shoes that you can easily walk in. Additionally, we suggest dressing warmly as the event takes place outdoors in the fall. Don't forget to bring a jacket or sweater to keep warm

Unfortunately, the TwistedRoots Haunted Trail is not wheelchair accessible. The trail features uneven terrain, steep inclines, and stairs, which can make it difficult for individuals with mobility issues to navigate.
